Monoprint Mixed Media Collage with Anne Schneider, January 30-31

Monoprint Mixed Media Collage with Anne Schneider, January 30-31

This class will expand the art of making monoprints without a press.  We will be using Gelli art plates and acrylic paints with the additions of stencils, masks, natural materials and stamps to create original papers for use in collages. Layers and layers of interesting colors, patterns, and textures will enhance the creation of original monoprints. On the second day students will integrate these unique papers with paint to create abstract art on a canvas.  This class is open to all levels.
