This series will concentrate on artists who interpret location with extraordinary and distinctive insight. Each week's salon will include a brief historical review of images that created and define a genre. This is not a lecture class.

Discussion will be encouraged after each presentation of images to cultivate an appreciation and discovery of how powerful photography is. Specific photographers will be highlighted: Manuel Bravo, Edward Weston, Boubat, Ralph Gibson, Minor White, Bill Owens, William Eggleston & Sally Mann.
