Here’s how it works:

• Prepare up to six 6 x 6-inch works of art on a provided board for display and sale during the month of October. They can be of similar or different themes and will be displayed with other local artists’ creations in our downtown gallery and a neighboring location. Only 600 boards will be prepared and available from PtSA at cost ($2 each, cash or check).

• Each piece of art will be for sale for $40 (50% going toward the PTSA fundraiser and 50% going to the artist. An artist may choose to donate their part of the proceeds).

• This is a cash and carry event. Buyers take home the art the moment it is purchased.

• Volunteer curators will display as many pieces as possible on the available wallspace. PtSA cannot guarantee the sale of your art.

ABOUT OUR NAMESAKE: Sherry Grover was passionate about art, artists and the business of art. She loved learning and teaching and developed a program called Art Sparks to empower artists to take charge of their careers by becoming better business people. Her cutting-edge approach touched the lives of many artists over the years and can be linked to several local success stories. This show is a tribute to Sherry’s contribution to our vibrant arts community.
